Hello Sir/Madam, I am planning to apply for BSEB STET this year. I would like to know about the age criteria, that is, what is the age limit for applying in this eligibility test? Please let me know about the age criteria immediately.

The minimum age to apply for BSEB STET 2019, is 21 years. The upper age limit to apply for the recruitment is 37 years. Age relaxation of 3 years and 5 years will be applicable on OBC and SC/ST candidates respectively.

Age limit to apply for BSEB STET 2019 are as follows:-
For Physical Education/Health Instructor post:- 18-37 years
For other post:- 21-37 years

BSEB STET stands for Bihar School Examination Board State Teacher Eligibility Test. The age limit for candidates of different category is as below:

>>General male candidate: 21-37 years.

>>General female candidate: 21-40 years.

There is upper age relaxation of three years for OBC and five years for SC/ST candidates. The last date of completion of application form is 25th September 2019.

Age limit to apply for BSEB (Bihar Board of Secondary Education) STET (Secondary Teacher Eligibility Test) 2019 is:

>> STET 2019 (Only Paper I OR II): Candidate age must lie between 21 to 37 years for Male and 21 to 40 years for Female.

In general, the age criteria for BSEB TET 2019 is as.on 1st August 2019.

Female -- 40 year

For backward Cass male and female : 37year

For SC/ST category --45 years.

Age limit to apply for BSEB STET 2019:

Applicants age should be not above 35 years. Those who are belong from OBC Male/Female candidates should not be above38 years. There is relaxation applicable for SC/ST candidates for 5 years ( Not more than 40 years). For more details please visit the official website -> Click Here !!.

For Most Backward/Male/Female is 40 years

For Male/Female SC Category is 42 years

The age limit to apply for BSEB STET 2019 is 21 years to 37 years for male candidates of general category while 21 years to 40 years in case of female candidates of general category. In addition there is provision of upper age limit relaxation for candidates from reserved category as per the government norms.
