Most of the Indian Army jobs will never accept any kind of surgery in eye. You must have a normal eyesight standard without any surgery.
There is no relaxation if you don't have the required eyesight without any surgery. Even eyesight improved with spectacles is accepted if it fulfills the criteria. |

Re: Is it allowed to join in Indian army after Eye Surgery?
To join in Indian Army, the candidate should be physically fit without any deformities. The eyesight of the candidate should be 6/6 in both eyes.
The candidates who underwent the eye surgery or Lasik are not eligible to join Indian Army. As you have more eye sight than prescribed, you are not eligible to join in the Indian Army. |
