Re: Am I eligible to apply in CTET if completed BBA?
No BBA Candidates are not eligible to appear in CTET (Central Teacher Eligibility Test). Yes, you must have done or pursuing "Diploma in Elementary Education" to be eligible for CTET Examination. The basic educational qualification required for CTET Primary Stage (Classes I-V) is, "Senior Secondary" or its equivalent with minimum 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education. Remember, candidates must have passed or appearing in Diploma in Elementary Education which is mandatory to be eligible.
To be eligible for CTET Exam Elementary Stage (From Classes VI to VIII), candidates must have passed "Graduation" or any bachelor Degree with minimum 50% marks and passed or appearing Bachelor in Education (B.Ed) course. Since you have passed only Graduation and not Bachelor of Education or Diploma in Elementary Education, I am sorry to say that you are not Eligible to give CTET Examination. |
