I am doing post graduation in private College. Am I eligible to join as a BDS staff in government College in final year MDS. Also is my MDS degree will be taken in account further increments??

Yes, Ofcourse BDS ia is a undergraduate degree course ,this course can be pursued full time or part time both.And also have to appear in the entrance exam called NEET for BDS Course.

The Government recruits through public service Commission but posts are limited .
You can go and work in rural or semi urban area.

After completion of PG or after NEET PG, you can get into
Navy as a dental surgeon
Army corps as a officer in medicine
After PG there are much chances of you getting a government job.

You can also work as dental officer in government college.

YES, you have scopes in BDS too.
whether you do it from government college or private college.

The only advantage of government college is
1)Get paid in internship
2)more patients
3)This doesn't mean private colleges have no scope…4)students in private colleges work for clinics after the 5)college hrs during their internship..yeah but are paid less
6)After doing just BDS scope is low. You can get a job but the earning will be less around 15 to 20k.
