I did my KCSE past year 2016 and got a mean grade of a D plus and in chemistry, D in biology, D plus in kiswahili and an A in CRE. Which course can I take in KMTC please?

There are several courses that are offered in KMTC and some of the best and top available courses for you based on your qualification are given below.

>> Diploma in Pharmacy :
Requirements - KCSE Minimum Aggregate (C grade required in concerned subjects)
Duration - 2 years

>> Diploma in Medical Laboratory
Requirements - Mean Grade C in KCSE or its equivalent
Duration - 3 years

>> Occupational Therapy
Requirements - Minimum aggregate of C in KCSE
Duration - 3 years

As far as my best knowledge is concerned, the grade that is required is C aggregate and I suggest you to look for the official notification for more details.
