good news for CRPF guys joining letters will be dispatched by the end of may. This was told to us but still no such sign

You can contact the concerned authority for any such issues. They will tell you, whether it is dispatched or not. You can also check the nearest post office and ask them about the letter. Sometimes postman don't deliver such letters in rural areas.

If there is any issue, the concerned organization will tell you the solution for it.
