Do I have to earn 6 times of my salary while doing ADO job at LIC?
Hello Sir, I am selected as ADO at LIC. Currently, I am going in the training they said that I you have to earn for the company 6 times of Premium income of your salary. This is seems hard to me can this 6 times is right or not? Please give me a good advice?

This is your target which has to be achieved every month. The figure is right & low. It will increase to even 8-10 times as your performance improves. It is hard, but once you understand the product will be easy for you to achieve your target.
