Pay packages in private sector banks are based on the performance of the employees. Probationary officers can draw a salary of around Rs.12, 000/- and Rs. 18,000/- per month. In addition to this they can earn incentives on meeting targets. Professional like MBAs, CAs and CFAs recruited by private sector banks can earn more than Rs 25, 000/- to Rs.30, 000/- per month. Candidates working in foreign banks can earn higher pay packages.
