Respected Sir/Madam, I want to apply for the UPSC Forest Service IFS Exam. I would like to know about the eligibility criteria to apply for this examination of 2021. Can any of you kindly help me to know about the eligibility criteria? Please help me in this regard.

Eligibility criteria required to apply for UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) Forest Service IFS (Indian Forest Services) Exam 2021 is Candidate must have passed Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university. Candidate age must lie between 21 to 32 years. Upper age relaxation are available for reserved category candidates.

You must have completed Graduation in relevant subjects from recognized university.

Your age should be in between 21 - 32 years.
•Age relaxation is applicable as per government rules .

Eligibility criteria for the UPSC Forest Service IFS Exam 2021:-

1) Education Qualification:- Candidate's must be a bachelor degree holder from any recognized university, institute or its equivalent.
2) Age Limit:- Candidate's age should be between minimum 21 years to maximum 32 years.
3) Fitness:- Candidate's must be physically fit.
4) Nationality:- Candidate's nationality must be a citizen of India , Nepal or Bhutan.

°°° In order to apply for the UPSC Forest Service IFS Exam 2021, a candidate must hold a degree of any of the universities incorporated by an act of the central or state legislature in India.

The candidate must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have attained the age of 32 years on the 1/08/2021.
The candidate must have been born not earlier than 2nd August, 1989 and not later than 1st August, 2000.

The upper age limit described above will be relaxable upto a maximum of 5 years if a candidate belongs to a SC or ST.

Age relaxation up to a maximum of three years in the case of candidates belonging to other backward classes.

Candidate must have a Bachelor degree in at least one of the subjects- Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science, Botany, Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics and Zoology from a recognized university.
Or,
Candidate must have a Bachelor degree in Agriculture, Forestry or in Engineering from a recognized university.
Candidate age should be not less than 21 years and not more than 32 years.
Age calculated as on 01/08/2021.

Eligibility to apply for the UPSC Forest Service IFS Exam 2021

The candidate must hold a degree of any of universities incorporated by an act of the central or state legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as University.

candidates who have appeared at a qualifying examination the passing of which would render them educational qualified for the commission on examination but have not been informed of the result as also the candidates who attempt to appear at a such qualifying examination will also be eligible for admission.

A candidate must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have attained the age of 32 years as on 1st August 2021.
