Hi everyone, please help me to know about the eligibility criteria for applying in the UPSC Civil Services IAS Exam. I am interested in applying for this examination. Please help me in this regard.

Eligibility criteria required to apply for UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) Civil Services IAS (Indian Administrative Services) Exam 2021 is Candidate must have passed Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university. Candidate age must lie between 21 to 32 years. Upper age relaxation are available for reserved category candidates.

Civil Service Examination is conducted by UPSC.

The eligibility to appear in the examination is that candidate must have passed or appearing in the final year examination are eligible to apply.

Age limit is 21-32 years. Relaxation in upper age limit for reserved category.

Eligibility to apply for the UPSC Civil Services IAS Exam 2021 is;

You must have completed Graduation in relevant subjects from recognized university.

Your age should be in between 21 - 32 years as on 1.8.2021.

*Age relaxation is applicable as per government rules.

Basic Eligibility Criteria of UPSC CSE 2021:-

Education Qualification:- Candidate's must be a bachelor degree holder from any recognized university, institute or equivalent.
Age Limit:- Candidate's age must be between 21 years to 32 years ( As on 1st August 2021).
Nationality:- Candidate's nationality must be Indian.

°°° In order to apply for the UPSC Civil Services IAS Exam 2021, candidates must hold a graduation degree in any stream from any university established under the act passed by the Parliament of India or state legislature.

Candidate must be physically fit according to the physical standards.

Candidate must be minimum 21 years and maximum 32 years of age as on August 1, 2021.
Age relaxation of 5 years is provided to SC/ST candidates and three years OBC candidates/ Defence Services personnel and 5 years to ex-servicemen.
No Age relaxation will be provided to the economic weaker sections.

Eligibility to apply for the UPSC Civil Services IAS Exam 2021:-

Educational qualification:-
The candidate must hold a bachelor's degree with at least one of the subjects namely animal husbandry and veterinary science , botany, chemistry, geology, mathematics, physics, statistics and geology or a bachelor's degree in agriculture, forestry or in engineering of any universities in incorporated by an act of the central or state legislature in India or other educational institutions.

Age limit:-
A candidate must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have attained the age of 32 years.

Eligibility to apply for the UPSC Civil Services IAS Exam 2021

Candidate must hold a degree of any of the universities incorporated by an act of the central or state legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as University.

The age of the candidate should be between 21 years and must not have attained the age of 32 years as on 1st August 2021.

Relaxation in upper age limit is provided to reserved category students that is 5 years to SC and ST students and three years to OBC candidates.
