Hello everyone, kindly let me know that what kind of qualification is required to apply for the post of Human Resources Officers in CPCL recruitment of 2018? I want to know about the eligibility criteria as well. Can anyone let me know about this?

Eligibility and educational qualification required to apply for CPCL Human Resources Officers recruitment 2018 are mentioned below :-

--> Educational Qualification :- Graduate in any discipline with two years course leading to Post Graduate Diploma/ Masters Degree in Human Resource Management/ Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations/ Labour Welfare/ Master of Social Work/ Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA).

--> Age Limit :- 26 years as on 01.09.2018. Upper age relaxation is applicable to reserved category candidates as per government rules.

CPCL stands for Chennai Petroleum Corporation Limited.

Eligibility Criteria:

The educational qualification is candidate must have Graduate in any discipline with two years full-time regular course leading to Post Graduate Diploma / Masters Degree in Human Resource Management/ Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Labour Welfare / Master of Social Work / Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent with specialization in Personnel Management & Labour Welfare / Human Resources with not less than 60% mark in aggregate of all Semesters / Years.

Age Limit : Maximum age limit is 30 years (as on 31.07.2017)
