Can a person apply for main exam for manipur public service commission without doing honours un a subject

Manipur Public Service Commission examination is conducted in three stages. Three stages are :-

Preliminary.
Main.
Interview.

So, candidates with bachelor/master degree from a recognised university in any discipline are eligible to apply for the examination. So, it is not compulsory to have honors paper to apply for Mains stage of Manipur PSC.

Yes, you can appear in the Manipur Civil Services Combined Competitive examination held by Manipur Public Service Commission (MPSC) even with a general graduation degree course i.e; graduation not in honors subject as for appearing in the same examination any bachelor's degree holders are eligible.
