What is Age Relaxation and Minimum Educational Qualification for Ex-Servicemen to appear in BPSC Exam?

BPSC (Bihar Public Service commission) recruits the candidates through an entrance exam. The eligibility requirements for the exam is as follows.

Eligibility criteria for BPSC:
- The candidate should have completed their graduation level degree in any discipline from any recognised university.
- The age limit for the exam is 19 - 24 years.
- There is relaxation for the exam based on the government rules.
- For general candidates the upper age limit is 37 years, 40 years for OBC candidates, 42 years for SC/ ST candidates.

JPSC (Jalandhar Public Service Commission) conducts civil services exam. The eligibility requirements for the exam is as follows.

Eligibility criteria for JPSC:
- The candidate should have done their graduation level course from any recognised university.
- The age limit should be less than 35 years.
- There is age relaxation based on the government rules.
- For BC candidates the upper age limit is 37 years, for SC/ ST candidates the upper age limit is 40 years, for female unreserved/ BC/ SC/ ST candidates the upper age limit is 38 years.
