I am handicapped and I am 12th pass. So, can I appear in any kind of government exam?

The government examination for which you can appear at the age of 39 years being handicapped is SSC(Staff Selection Commission), PSC(Public Service Commission), and PSUs(Public Sector Undertaking). Some of the government jobs for Physically Disabled candidates are given below.
