Dear sir
i have cleared the written test of management trainee exam (technical - metallurgy) of sail - please guide me to appear in the gd/interview of sail which is scheduled in nov,.

TIPS TO PREPARE FOR GD AND INTERVIEW ROUNDS FOR SAIL:

Important things to be taken care while going through the GD and interview rounds are as follows,

-> You should be good in your communication skills. If not make sure that you will spend more time to improve it.

-> Don't get nervous and be confident while you speak.

-> Make sure that your points are loud enough to be heard by the host in GD round.

-> Read through all the basics which you have studied in your degree to do the interview round well.
