Can I join SSC College job on Ex-Serviceman quota?


sir,
i am an ex serviceman reemployed in banking service from dec 2012 to till date
and now i want to join in ssc cgl job on ex serviceman quota.
now my question is that whether i can join on that service ?

what is the duration of availing ex-servicemen quota after retirement in SSC CGL exam?
