how is apset linked with government job ? Am not getting this concept. Also tell me that adavantage of apset exam

For lecturer job in state government colleges of AP you need to qualify APSET. Those who get job on the basis of APSET are eligible for government pay scale.
Hence, it is surely a way to get a government job in colleges and universities in Andhra Pradesh. Hence, if you want to become a lecturer in the same state then this exam is for you. |

I am working as secondary grade teacher with 20 years service. I completed my M.sc Botany recently with 58%. I am interested tobe a junior lecturer.

Many says that qualifying APSET in management stream does not have any advantage. And it is just an added advantage. What opportunities I can get by qualifying in Management stream?
