To join in CBI which is Central Bureau of Investigation there are certain qualification which is needed by the candidate in order to be eligible and the qualification needed are:

>> Candidate should have a Citizenship in India

>> The age limit needed for General category candidate is that the candidate should have 18-27 years

>> There are certain upper age relaxation for other category candidates and it is that for SC/ST it is 5 years extra and for OBC candidate it si 3 years extra

>> To tell about the education qualification which is needed it is that the candidate should have completed a Degree from a recognized university and that can be from any stream of education

>> The Physical standard needed is:




If you satisfy them all then you can apply for the CBI Exam and the candidates are selected through:

1. Written Exam
2. Personal Interview

sir i am serving in Indian Army as Havildar.i rended my service for 20 years.Now my age is 38 yrs.
can i eligible for CBI subinspector under ESM quota
