sir can you please tell me how can i know that my parliament of india junior clerk application form has been submitted because i have not get my acknowledgment card till now.

You can contact the concerned organization through email or phone for any such status. They will tell you about the status of your application. If you have posted the application form, then you can also check the delivery status through the post website.

If the application has reached the destination on time, then there shouldn't be any issue.
