Sir i am 22 years old boy and i will complete my 2 Science in this year and i always wanted to become an Indian Airforce can i be an Indian Airforce

Being 22 years old and having just completed your Class 12th, you are not eligible for joining in Indian Air force at any posts (i.e; neither as an officer nor as an airman) as for a Class 12th passed candidates maximum age limit to join as an airman is 21 years while that for joining as an officer is 19.5 years.

So, to have any opportunity in Indian Air force, you are required to complete your graduation degree as soon as possible and then look for any entry for which you will be still eligible as per your age.

To join Indian Airforce , candidates must have 12th passed with Physics and Mathematics from a recognized university are eligible for this.

Candidates age should be between 16 year to 22 years.

Candidates citizenship should be an Indian.

The permissible age limit for enrollment in IAF is 17 to 21 years as on the date of enrollment.

You are not eligible for NDA but you can apply for Airforce without doing NDA by giving entrance exam for Airforce.

One can get in to Indian Forces by completing graduation from a recognised university and applying CDS entrance exam conducted by UPSC.

A candidate can join Indian Air Force after 12th Standard by joining NDA (National Defence Academy) by taking the examination conducted by Union Public Service Commission (UPSC. This examination is conducted twice a year in all major cities throughout India. The candidate's age should be between 16.5 years to 19.5 years at the time of commencement of the course.
