Is IGNOU's degree is accepted for UPSC exam, suppose a guy is taking directly graduation without minimum qualification of 10/12 and willing to go with higher studies (degree) as provision in indian law does such a guy has any value/scope in UPSC exams in UPSC/UGC board or in any government sector to attempt for competitive exams to seek government jobs..
