Having born on 01.05.2007, your son is definitely eligible to appear in Class 10th board examination in 2022, as in general the minimum age required for appearing in the Class 10th board examination is 14 years as on the 1st October of year admission to Class 10th or at time of board examination which is satisfied by your son.

✓ As per the CBSE guidelines, the minimum age limit to appear in the 10th exam is 14 years as of 31st December of the year of examination. It is 2022 in your case. Your son's date of birth is 01/05/2007. So age-wise there will not be any problem for your son's in appearing for 10th class examination in the year 2022.
