Every year, there are different number of vacancies in case of Civil Services examination. The total number of vacancies is 782 for 2018 Civil Services.

It was 982 for 2017. It may vary for 2019 examination.

There is no fixed number of vacancies released every year for Civil Service examination.

So, you have to wait for the notification to get the exact figure.

Of the total selection only upto top 100 candidates are eligible for recruitment as an I.A.S

For more information about examination visit at www.upsc.gov.in.
