To become an Foreign Officer, you have to appear and qualify in Civil Service examination.
Civil Services examination is conducted by UPSC every year. The examination is conducted for recruitment of candidates as an IAS, IPS, IFS etc... The eligibility to appear for examination is candidate must have passed bachelor degree from any recognised university and age limit to appear for examination is 21-32 years. The examination is conducted in three stages and candidates have to qualify in all three stages of examination for final recruitment of jobs as an Foreign service.
