Selection will be based on Written examination and Interview.

Age should be below 30 years.

Traing period will be of one year .During this period you wil be alloted a pay scale of Rs.50000/-

During the training period of one year, selected candidates will be paid a consolidated amount of Rs. 50,000/- per month.
On successful completion of training period, candidates will be appointed as Manager (Geology) and they will get pay scale of Rs. 50,000 - 1,60,000/- per month. The CTC will be around Rs. 14.04 lacs per annum.
