Hello everyone, I would like to know about the pay scale in POSOCO for a Executive Trainee post. Can anyone of you let me know about the pay scale? I am going to apply for the same post but don’t know about the pay scale.

The minimum pay scale of an Executive Trainee in POSOCO, may start from Rs. 59,500/- and above per month. As per the experience and performance of the candidate, the salary may range up to Rs. 1,79,500/- and above per month.

Pay scale allotted to Executive Trainee (Finance) is given below:

Selected candidates can get Rs 24,900 – Rs 50,500 per month during training period (1 year)

Approximate CTC per year is given below:

During Training Period – Rs 8.50 Lakhs per year

After Training on Regularization – Rs 14.9 Lakhs per year
