Hi friends, can anyone of you let me know about the physically standards which are essentially required for applying in Arunachal Pradesh Police Telecom Head Constable recruitment? Kindly let me know about this as soon as possible.

Physical Standards are as follows:

=>Height:

General:-
Male: 165 cms
Female: 157 cms

APST: -
Male - 160cms
Female - 152cms

APST (Tirap, Changlang, Longding): Male/Female - 152cms.

=>Chest: (Only Male)

Expanded - 84cm (Expansion not less than 05 cms), Minimum - 79cm.

Physical Standards Required to apply for Arunachal Pradesh Police Telecom Head Constable Recruitment:

Physical Standards required to apply for this recruitment are as follows,

>> Height Required:
General Male Candidates - 165 cms
General Female Candidates - 157 cms
APST Male Candidates - 160 cms
APST Female Candidates - 152 cms

>> Chest Required: (For Male candidates only)
Normal - 79 cms (minimum)
Expanded - 84 cms (The minimum expansion ability should not be less than 5 cms)
