I am now 16 years and I can do Polytechnic after this can I Apply for IAF in 2020-2021(approx.)? I can join Indian Air Force through polytechnic diploma?

No you are not eligible to join Indian Air Force after completion of polytechnic diploma course.
Only candidates who have passed graduation degree from a recognised college/university and in the age range of 19 to 24 years are eligible to apply.

So, diploma holder are not eligible to join Indian Air force through CDS examination.

Soldier (General Duty ) SSLC/Matric with 45% marks in 10th class from any university. Age of the candidate should be between 17½ - 21 Years (All Arms) and 32% in each subject. No percentage required if you have higher qualification, then only pass in Matric i.e 10+2 and above.
