Sir, now I am going to join Indian navy as a sailor, but I already completed my degree in mechanical engineering and also I finished Pre sea training (graduate marine engineering) now any possibilities there for me to go officer in Indian navy after I become a sailor in Indian navy?

For Indian Navy sailor job, you need to clear written exam and physical fitness test. Age should be between 17 to 21 years and only class 12th with PCM stream can apply for it.

There is no pre sea training required for Indian Navy job, because there is training only after selection by Indian Navy.

Yes there is possibility for you to join Indian Navy. You can join Indian Navy as a Hydro-graphic Officer, Submarine Officer, General Service Officer, Naval Armament Inspection Officer, Provost Officer, Pilot Officer, Logistics Officer, Observer Officer and IT Officer etc.
