I am 19 years old and I have completed my graduation that means (BHM) Bachelor of Hotel Management. Am I eligible to join in Indian Navy now? Is there any entrance exam which I need to write?

To join Indian Navy, the minimum qualification required is 10 + 2 with PCM from a recognised board. One must have age in between 16.5 to 19 years whereas no relaxation in upper age limit is provided to reserved students.
As you are saying that you are 19 years old hence you can appear in NDA examination in the month of September if you have completed your 12th standard with PCM.

Yes, you can write CDS Exam through which you can get join Indian Navy.
To appear for this exam, you should have completed graduation.
Firstly, written test will be conduced and then SSB Interview.
If you are joining Coaching for CDS exam, then it would be better.

Eligibility to join Indian Navy:

One must have passed 10 + 2 with PCM from a recognised board.

Minimum age is 16.5 year has maximum age 19 years.

One has to appear in NDA examination that is conducted by UPSC in the month of April and September.

As you have completed your degree course in hotel management still you are eligible.

If you are from Science stream in Intermediate then you are eligible to write Indian Navy entrance examination. But if you want to write CDS entrance examination then you are not eligible to apply for this. The reason behind this is that candidates who are from Science stream are allowed and candidates from any other stream are not allowed to appear in this examination.

Having completed your bachelor of Hotel Management degree course and 19 years old you are eligible for join Indian Navy's sailor entry only as for officer entries you are required to have completed at least your Class 12th with Mathematics and Physics as main subjects from a recognized board with your age lying under 16.5 years to 19.5 years.

Further, for the sailor's entry you are required to be an unmarried Indian male candidate with your age lying with 17 years to 21 years.

At 10+2 level, the entrance examination to get entry in Indian Navy in National Defense Academy. NDA entrance examination is conducted by UPSC twice every year for selection of candidates in different wings of defense.

The eligibility criteria for Indian navy is that candidate must have passed 10+2 from a recognized board with PCM. Candidate age must lie between 16.5 to 19.5 years.

So, if you fulfill the eligibility criteria then you are eligible foe Indian Navy.
