I want to get a job in income tax department. I am about to complete my CA course in next few months. So please guide me regarding the procedure to get Income Tax Assistant job on the basis of CA qualification?

Eligibility criteria to apply for the post of Tax Assistant in Income Tax department :-

-The candidate must have graduation degree from a recognized University or its equivalent.

-The candidate age should be in between 18 years to 27 years as on 01st January, 2016. Relaxation in upper age limit will be applicable as per the norms.

Selection Process:

Written Test

Skill Test

Interview.

Mode of Application : Offline

Not on the basis of CA qualification, but on the basis of your graduation you could opt for SSC examination and after scoring well in the examination, you would be eligible to avail the above mentioned post.
