During training period, Your basic pay scale will be Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 1,60,000.
After successful completion of training, Your basic pay scale will be Rs. 60,000 to Rs. 1,80,000.

The salary package of Graduate Executive Trainees in Neyveli Lignite Corporation Limited is Rs.50000 per month during the training period. The Graduate Executive Trainee will undergo training for 1 year and thereafter will be paid under E-2 Grade in-between of Rs.50000 - Rs.160000. After successful completion of the training period the trainee will be promoted to E-3 Grade with the pay scale of Rs.60000 - Rs.180000 with a basic pay of Rs.60000.
