I have applied in IBPS Management Trainee of this year. But I don’t know how they are going to select the candidates. Can you please let me know about the selection procedure? Please let me know immediately. Waiting for your response.

Selection procedure of IBPS Management Trainee 2018 is mentioned below :-

--> Preliminary Examination
--> Main Examination
--> Personal Interview

Candidates who qualify in the Preliminary Examination are eligible to appear in Main Examination and the candidates who qualify or secured cut-off marks as set by IBPS are eligible to attend the Interview. The final selection will be done based on the marks obtained in the Main Examination and Interview.

IBPS conducts entrance examination for recruitment of Probationary Officer. The examination is conducted in three stages and candidates have to qualify in all three stages of examination for final selection.
