Hello Sir/Madam, can you please let me know about the selection procedure of IDEMI of this year which is 2018? I want to apply for the recruitment of Apprentice Trainee. Please provide me the selection procedure as soon as possible.

Candidates interested to apply for IDEMI Apprentice Trainee recruitment , can visit the official website at (http://apprenticeship.gov.in) register for the examination. The selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of marks secured in the examination followed by technical and personal interview.

Selection Process of IDEMI Apprentice Trainee Recruitment:

Name of the Job Position - Trade Apprentice

>> Selection Process is done based on the Merit List.

>> And this merit list is prepared generally based on the marks that are secured by you in ITI Examination. Hence, merit of ITI marks are considered.

Selection procedure in IDEMI Apprentice Trainee recruitment 2018 is given below.

Candidate must have 10th standard and ITI certificate in relevant trades with a minimum of 50% marks from recognized NCVT*to be eligible.
Candidate will be shortlisted on the basis of order of merit of qualifying examination. Last date to apply for that post is 15 September 2018.

The selection of candidates as Apprentice Trainee in IDEMI will be done on basis of marks secured in SSC and ITI in all semesters. It is mentioned in notification to upload marksheets of both qualification.

IDEMI stands for Institute for Design of Electrical Measuring Instrument and the selection procedure for the same recruitment is Merit based (which includes the marks in ITI degree and SSC ( i.e; Class 10th ) in relevant field from a recognized institute).
