I have applied in UPSC Combined Defence Services Examination-II of this year. But I don’t know how they are going to select the candidates. Can you please let me know about the selection procedure? Please let me know immediately. Waiting for your response.

Selection procedure of UPSC Combined Defense Services examination-II 2018 are mentioned below :-

--> Written Test
--> SSB Interview
--> Document Verification and Personal Interview.

CDS examination is conducted in two stages by UPSC. It is conducted for selection in defence services.

The examination is conducted in two stages :-

Written.

SSB.

You will become eligible to appear in examination after selection in both stages of examination. For more information about examination visit at www.upsc.gov.in.

Written Examination pattern according to the course are given below,

* For Admission into Indian Military Academy, Indian Naval academy and Air Force Academy:-

1) English - 2 hours - 100 Marks
2) General Knowledge - 2 hours - 100 Marks
3) Elementary Mathematics - 2 hours - 100 Marks

* For Admission into Officer's Training Academy:-

1) English - 2 hours - 100 Marks
2) General Knowledge - 2 hours - 100 Marks
