GPSC( Gujarat Public Service Commission ) is solely responsible for the administrative affairs that dwell inside the Gujrat. So to maintain the law and order in a effective manner it conducts a test to recruit competent administrators.
Candidates are tested to their core so as to confirm their talent to be an administrator. They are tested for their intelligence, overall personality development, attentiveness, balance of judgment and qualities of honesty, integrity and leadership. Higher level questions will be like from current affairs and recent issues with friends. But if your luck runs out then the interviewer will be analysing your each and every answer for clarity of expression, grasp of narrative and argument, reasoning ability, appreciation of different points of view, awareness and concern for socio-economic problems, ranges and depth of interests and personal attributes relevant to interaction with people. Books you must refer to are: → Indian politics by Lakshmikanth → Ancient India by D.D.Kausambi’s Historical Outline → Medieval India By J.L.Mehta and Gandhi → N.C.E.R.T.
