Yes, you are eligible to get a government job after diploma in fashion designing.

After diploma in fashion designing once can find jobs in :

* Export houses.

* Boutiques.

* Garment stores.

* Leather companies etc.

You can get appointed as Fashion designer, Fashion consultant, Fashion coordinator, Stylist etc.

You are also eligible to write government entrance exams like UPSC, SSC etc. You can try for :

* Railways.

* IBPS clerical posts.

* Bank PO posts.

* Indian Army.

If you want to stay in your own trade, it is bit harder to get government job in your department.
