TIPS TO PREPARE FOR SBI BANK PO EXAM:

It's good to know that you have applied for the SBI Bank PO exam and now wanted to prepare for the same. Some of the tips which might help you for the preparation as follows,

-> PREPARE A SCHEDULE AND WORK HARD: Make sure that you form a proper schedule to prepare for SBI PO exam everyday. Set a time which will be convenient for you and make sure you use the entire time properly for preparation. Do not waste your time in unnecessary things till you finish the exam and work hard everyday for doing the preparation.

-> KNOW THE SYLLABUS: No matter which exam you are going to write the first and foremost thing which you need to make sure about the exam is the syllabus followed for it so that you can prepare for the questions from those topics accordingly instead of doing a vague preparation. I have attached the previous year followed syllabus for the PO exam. Just go through it and start the preparation accordingly but make sure that you get the information on the latest Syllabus as well.

-> REFER PREVIOUS YEAR PAPERS: It's good thing to refer the previous year papers of the exam so that you can prepare for the exam by knowing the pattern of questions followed which will ultimately ease the preparation time and score well.

-> JOIN COACHING CLASSES IF NEEDED: If you feel that you won't be able to concentrate well when studying in home then better opt for good coaching classes around your home and enroll yourself there to do the preparation.

I have attached several files in this post which will help you in start with the preparation for SBI PO exam.

Hi,

It would be a good idea to join good coaching centres like NSB(National School of Banking). They have the system of conducting daily classes and also provide good coaching material.

So, if you do not have any proper material and confused as to what books to refer, please join the class. Only thing is you should be able to spare time daily either in the morning or evening to attend the classes. Please refer to their site regarding availability of classes near your locality, fees etc.

I had attended NSB's classes way back in 2000 and though I could not crack SBI PO exam, I was able to crack Specialist Officer exam conducted by BSRB Delhi, by following the same methods.

The classes and material may seem tough but work hard and sincerely since SBI PO exam is the toughest.

All the best.
