I have completed my graduation B.Tech in 12 years because of a lot of arrears and backlogs. Is this graduation is valid? Can I apply for foreign countries??

Yes, B.Tech done in 12 years is valid in India only.

You won't be able to apply for foreign country.

You won't be able to secure good job in private sector.

You can get job in government non technical post by crack each stage of selection procedure.
