I have passed B.com from DU in 2009 by getting 49% marks and pursuing Company Secretary Professional Programme from ICSI and now
i want to do LLB correspondence from IGNUO please tell am i eligible for admission in LLB ???? and please tell me the details, procedure
for taking admission in LLB.

Students can enroll LLB correspondence from annamali university,which is affailated to IGNOU.one can get the notification regarding fee,dates.results from www.anamaliuniversity.ac.in IGNOU(indira gandhi natiinal open university) candidate should get minimum of 55% marks in 10+2 from recognised board. Candidate can get the application form from IGNOU official website www.ignou.ac.in

Eligibility for LLB Course from IGNOU :

1.You should have completed the graduation from the recognized University with 45% percentage of marks.

2.It is a 3 year duration course and the Age should be between these limits

Maximum Age should be : 30 years (Gen and OBC )

For reserved candidates (SC/ST ) : 35 years

LLB can be done through 2 modes :

1. By fighting the CLAT examination.

2. Through simple LLB.

If you appear in CLAT and secure a good rank in that then you will be given admission in any of the National Law Universities across the country for a 5 years BA-LLB degree.

But if you have completed graduation then you are not eligible for CLAT.
A simple LLB, you are eligible.

Many university acoross the country are there which offer a LLB degree through regular as well as the private mode.

There is no such hard and fast eligibility criteria for that.

The candidate just have to pass the graduation and all the subject in that successfully as per the guidelines of UGC.

1. Bachelor degree in any stream.

2. Minimum of 45 percent marks in qualifying degree.

3. There is relaxation for SC/ST therefore they need 40 percent marks.

4. 30 is the maximum age limit to apply for the course.

5. 35 years is the age limit for SC/ST due to relaxation.

6. There is no relaxation for OBC.
