Respected Sir/Madam, I would like to know that if I do BSc in Information Technology from Calorx Teacher’s University, Ahmedabad then I have a chance to become a teacher or not? Please let me know that can I become a teacher or not?

Most of the schools ask for B.Ed degree, along with degree for teaching jobs. Hence, to increase your chances of getting a teaching job in schools, you should pursue B.Ed.

You can get a Teacher job without B.Ed too, but it us very rare and most of the graduates have B.Ed degree these days. Still you can try, if you have any contacts in schools.
