Re: Can I get admission in MBBS on the basis of B.Sc nursing?
No, there is no admission done on basis of Bachelor of Nursing. Any candidate who wants to pursue Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery must clear National Eligibility cum Entrance Test.
The eligibility criteria for NEET is that candidate must have done 10+2 from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Minimum of 50% marks in board examination is required to apply for NEET exam. If your age is below 25 years after completion of Bachelor of Nursing then you can apply for NEET 2017 examination and score minimum of 520 marks plus out of 720 marks to get admission in medical college. |

No to get admission in MBBS you have to qualify your entrance exam that is NEET and minimum eligibility criteria which is required to appear in the entrance exam is 12th with medical stream from a recognised board with minimum 50% marks and relaxation of 5% is given to SC and ST students. Don't think that you are a degree holder so you have any kind of relaxation you also have to appear in the entrance exam.

Re: Can I get admission in MBBS on the basis of B.Sc nursing?
MBBS stands for Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery and it is five year duration course.
The eligibility to get admission in course is that candidate must have passed 12th with PCB as main paper and candidates have to qualify in NEET examination for admission in government or private colleges. So, you will not get any advantage with respect to duration of course after B.Sc nursing course. If you have passed 12th with PCB you can appear for examination. The age limit is 17-25 years. For more information about examination visit at www.aipmt.nic.in. |

Re: Can I get admission in MBBS on the basis of B.Sc nursing?
MBBS stands for Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery and same is a bachelor degree course after qualifying which one heads towards becoming a doctor.
The basic educational requirement for pursuing MBBS course is a higher secondary school degree with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as main subjects with at least 50% aggregate from a recognized board. Marks relaxation of 10% is applicable for reserved category candidates. Now as far you are worried about your eligibility for pursuing MBBS degree course having completed your B.Sc nursuing degree course then I would like to inform you that you are eligible only if you satisfy the above mentioned basic educational requirement for MBBS degree course. Further for pursuing the MBBS degree course from any medical college of India you will need to qualify NEET or AIIMS MBBS Entrance Examination about which more details can be obtained from the links www.aipmt.nic.in and www.aiimsexam.org. |
