Hello sir, I my marks in IPE Exam are 979 and I scored 13211 rank in EAMCET Entrance Examination. I would like to study B.E/ B.Tech in ECE or CIVIL in any of the top 10 colleges in Hyderabad or in Ranga Reddy with the above criteria. Please clarify my doubt.

The process of allotting a seat in Engineering colleges depends upon your EAMCET examination rank, your category (General/ OBC/ SC/ ST) and the stream you have selected. For example, if you take SNIST which is top engineering college in Hyderabad, the OC category candidate can get seat only if his rank is below 4000 whereas SC/ST category candidate can get seat if his rank is below 12000. Since, you have secured 13211 rank in EAMCET examination, there are very less chances for you to get admission in top 10 colleges in Hyderabad.

You might get admission in good colleges but without the cut-off marks being announced nothing can be said regarding it. As it totally depends upon the cut-off marks whether you will be getting admission in top colleges or not. Therefore, I suggest you to wait for the cut-off marks being release and once they are released, you will be notified about your chance of admission.
