It depends what you want to do later.

A B.Tech/BE degree is more professional where you can easily get a corporate job after graduating.

However, a B.Sc degree is generally inclined towards teaching and research work.

If you have already planned that you will go for higher education or a government job then Bachelor of Science can gift you a year of your life to prepare and get selected as duration of Bachelor of Science courses three years while the duration of a BTech course is 4 years.
Which means if you want to go for Masters course then you can have your both bachelors and Masters in 5 years.
One of the major advantages of a BSc course over BTech is the cost of course.
BTech is comparatively much expensive than a BSc course.

Bahut the courses are good. The choice may depend on the following:-

1 - If engineering is your passion and you want to represent yourself in the engineering world then you should definitely go for B.Tech.

2 - If you have an interest in a particular subject and you want to further study that subject and carry on with it and go into some research field then surely you should go for BSC.

--- It totally depends upon your interest that whether you want to pursue Bachelor of Science or bachelor of Technology.

Bachelor of Science is the study of science where as Bachelor of Technology is the study related to technological things.

Bachelor of Technology as a degree is a bit better than bachelor of science for science aspirants and the bachelor of Technology is a professional degree with many real-world career prospects across a number of Technical field.
However if you are preparing for any government entrance examination then it would be better to pursue Bachelor of Science because the duration of Bachelor of Science is 3 years and bachelor of Technology is 4 years and moreover, the fee structure of Bachelor of Science is very low in comparison to Bachelor of Technology.
