Eligibility Criteria required to qualify JEE Advanced Examination:

The basic eligibility criteria required to appear in JEE Advanced Examination is given below,

Name of the Examination - JEE Advanced Exam

>> In order to be eligible for this JEE Advanced Examination, you are required to follow the below criteria's.

@ Must have definitely passed JEE Main Paper 1 and also you must be among 2,50,000 candidates.

@ And then to appear for JEE Advanced 2023 Examination, you must have been born on or after 1st October, 1998.

@ And also the maximum number of attempts you can appear in JEE Advanced examination is 2 times in consecutive years.

@ Also you must have completed 12th Class in 10+2 pattern from a recognized university or board to be eligible.

Hence, you should definitely meet the above mentioned criteria in order to be eligible for this JEE Advanced Examination.

The eligibility criteria for qualifying JEE Advanced exam is, candidates must have 12th degree from a recognised university with minimum 75%marks.

Eligibility criteria
Candidate must have a score of minimum 75% marks in class 12 .
For reserved category , the minimum score is 65% .
One can give the exam twice in consecutive years.
The candidates should be within the top 20 category percentile of qualifying exam.
Cateogary wise cutoff marks for the top 20 percentile are calculated based on marks scored by the candidate who pass in their boards in a particular year.

The eligibility criteria for JEE advanced exam:-

Educational Qualification:- Candidates must have cleared 12th standard (or equivalent) examination with 75% percent marks and for SC/ST candidates the required marks is 65%.

>> The candidates should be within the top 20 category percentile of the qualifying examination.

You must have minimum 75% marks as per the revised eligibility criteria to be eligible to apply for IIT JEE advanced examination.

You will get only 3 attempts after 10+2 to attempt the IIT examination.
