Hello friends, I have a dream of studying BE(Petrochemical Engineering) from MIET-Namakkal. I would like to know about the entrance exams through which I can get admission in this course in this institute.

The admission to the Mahendra Institute of Engineering and Technology, Namakkal in B.E Petrochemical Engineering is through the scores gained in Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA) Test followed by counselling.

The last date to apply for the entrance examination is 31st may, 2019.

In order to study BE(Petrochemical Engineering) in MIET-Namakkal, you have to fulfill the eligiblity criteria of the college. Then the candidates who are eligible, will have to appear for an entrance examination TNEA. Candidates who qualifies the examination with good marks, will be eligible for admission for the above mentioned course.

There is no entrance exam required to study BE(Petrochemical Engineering) in MIET-Namakkal. Admissions are done based on the 12th class marks through Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA) counselling conducted by Anna University. Candidates who have qualified HSC or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects from a recognized board are eligible to pursue BE(Petrochemical Engineering) in MIET-Namakkal.
