I got 122/200 marks in enat btech manipal.Please let me know my rank and which branch i can get.

It is very difficult to expect the exact rank based on your marks. Since, you have scored 122 out of 200 marks, you can expect a better rank in the examination.
Cut off marks and the rank secured in the entrance examination varies every year based on the number of applicants and over the competition of the examination.
So, just wait for the results to get to know what rank you secured exactly.
