sir i am umesh kumar singh i am completed 12th class i 2011 in arts and after doing service in Indian army. sir i want complete the graduation online in arts, please sagest me.

If you want to do graduation, you can either do it in regualr mode or you can do it through correspondence.
for doing it in regular mode, you can choose the college for admission and then you can fill the form.
for doing it through distance education, there are many universities which offer such course

SIKKIM MANIPAL UNIVERSITY
IGNOU
JAMIA MILIA
AMITY UNUVERSITY ETC
This option is best for those, who are unable to attend regular classes.
in this way one can get their graduation degree.
