How to enter into agriculture bsc after 12th? Which exam we have to write for this courses and which are the colleges available for agriculture bsc?

Students can apply for admission in agriculture courses through the entrance exam organized at national, state and university level. Candidates can apply for this course after completing their 10+2 education. Some colleges also offer admissions on the basis of merit list of the qualifying exam.

Procedure to enter into BSc Agriculture after 12th:-

Candidate having completed 12th can apply for BSC degree in agriculture. Science students are eligible to apply for this bachelor degree.
Admission in most cases are done on merit basis. Universities like CCS Haryana Agricultural University, conduct entrance exam for selection .
LPU also carry out selection test for integrated BSc, MSc program in agriculture.

Procedure to enter into BSc Agriculture after 12th:-

Bsc agriculture is 4 year bachelor degree course. To get admission in course candidates have to appear and qualify in various entrance examination conducted by institutes and government .
Candidates passed 12th in PCB or PCM are eligible to appear for examination. So you can appear for examination.

To enter in BSc agriculture course you have to appear in the entrance test that is conducted by the Agriculture University that is located in your state or you can also appear in the entrance test that is by Indian Council of Agricultural.
The entrance test syllabus is same what you have studied in your 11th and 12th standard.
Physics chemistry and mathematics or Biology will be the main subjects and questions will be asked from these four subjects. However, for medical and non medical students there will be choice in answering the questions either of mathematics or biology.

The eligibility to appear for B.Sc Agriculture recruitment examination is that candidate must have passed 12th in Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Mathematics as main paper.

The examination is conducted by premier institutions for admission in the course.

So, candidates with above qualification are eligible to appear for the entrance examination conducted to get admission in the course.

For pursuing B.Sc. in Agriculture degree course, the minimum education required is a Class 12th in Science stream with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and/or Biology from a recognized board of education.

Also, to pursue the same degree course from top agricultural colleges or universities, you are required to qualify entrance examinations such as AIEEA-UG, CUCET, BHU-UET, other State CETs.

The basic requirement to study BSc in Agriculture is a candidate must have passed 10+2 with subjects Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics with a minimum score of 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized board. The candidate minimum age should be 17 years and there is no upper age limit to apply. Admission selection will be on the basis of an entrance test which is conducted by the university followed by an interview. The minimum score may vary from college to college which you can check before applying.
