How to get my B.Com first year admit card?
Sir, I haven't filled the examination form of B.Com first year. Please tell me can I fill on 21 March 2017 because of some family issues. I can't fill my form online. Please help me to get my admit card.

No, you can't get your B.Com first year admit card if you have not applied for the examination. You will get admit card only if you apply for the examination. Without applying for the examination, the admit card will not be released by the examinations board. Since, you have not applied for the examination, you can't get your B.Com first year admit card.
